We have single and double room accomodations. Community kitchen access with laundry and living room/entertainment areas.
Is There Access To Employment and Government Services
The Residence works hard to assist our Residents with timely access to CareerForce and other governmental agencies whom are responsible for the well being of all Minnesotans.
Do You Support a Sober Lifestyle
The Residence is a sober living environment. We encourage all of our Residents to attend ongoing meetings and counseling.
Are You Compliant With Minnesota Law
The Residence is compliant with all laws, rules and regulations at the municipal, county, state and federal level.

The Residence is the Premier Twin Cities Sober Living experience. Our Minneapolis home gives residents more than a place to stay — it gives them a place to rebuild. Structured support, real community, and a clear path forward.
Community Involvement
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. At The Residence, we believe community involvement is a cornerstone of lasting sobriety. Residents are encouraged to engage with local support networks, attend meetings, and give back to the Minneapolis community that supports them.
