Alongside our core housing mission, Aggate Properties now delivers client-based services through Aggate Consulting — helping recovery residence operators navigate compliance, certification, and the operational infrastructure required to meet Minnesota DHS standards.

James Baron brings over two decades of experience leading transformative change across housing, behavioral health, and property management.
