About Aggate Properties
For over twenty years, Aggate Properties has been directly involved in working with the Community to deliver quality housing both On Demand as well as Long Term. We utilize both Single Room Occupancy (SRO) and Single Family Occupany (SFO) settings throughout the Minneapolis – St Paul Metropolitan area.
Working with municipal, county, state and federal governments, Aggate Properties has begun to focus on Community Partnerships in order to continue its focus on housing. In addition to the broad spectrum of resources available for housing, we have also begun to deliver Client based services as well.
Our Founder
James Baron brings over two decades of experience leading transformative change across housing, behavioral health, and property management. His work bridges the gap between stability and recovery — creating homes that not only provide shelter, but restore dignity and opportunity. With a deep commitment to community impact, James has guided both nonprofit and private initiatives that prioritize people over profit, building systems where compassion and accountability coexist.
